Ordering
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You can pay by Cash on Delivery or by card. Cash-on-Delivery orders are confirmed once you verify the one-time code we send to your WhatsApp; card orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Pricing & availability
We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors can happen. If an item is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will contact you to confirm, amend, or cancel and refund the affected item.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partner. The delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with your location and courier conditions.
Returns & refunds
Unworn, unwashed items with their original tags and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom-sized (made-to-measure) pieces, final-sale items, and certain accessories are not returnable for hygiene reasons. See our Refund Policy for the full process.
Custom orders
Made-to-measure pieces are cut to the measurements you provide, so please confirm them carefully. Because these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Barakah Abaya name, logo, imagery, and copy, belongs to Barakah Abaya and may not be reused without our permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barakah Abaya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes fall under the courts of Karachi.
