Remote areas: 4–7 business days. Free over PKR 10,000, PKR 250 below that.
All delivered by our courier partner. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with your location and courier conditions.
Order process
Order placed: once we've checked your deposit has arrived, your piece goes into the making.
Balance requested: your piece is finished. We message you the balance and how to pay it, and you have 14 days.
Dispatched: a tracking number is sent to your WhatsApp.
Delivered: signature required. Any balance you chose to pay in cash is collected here.

Delivery questions
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order, so there are two stages. First we make it: 15 days to 1 month. Then we ship it: Karachi 1–3 business days, other major cities 2–4 days, remote areas 3–6 days. We are not a warehouse; nothing is sitting on a shelf, which is why your abaya fits you and not an average.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship nationwide within Pakistan. International shipping to the UK, UAE, and USA is coming in 2027. Join our newsletter to be first to know.
How do I track my order?
We message you on WhatsApp with your tracking details the moment your order is dispatched, and you can always ask us for a status update there in the meantime.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Photograph the item and the packaging as soon as it arrives and send the photographs to our WhatsApp. A faulty or damaged piece gets a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer, and we collect it at our cost. This is separate from the fit guarantee and is never affected by the piece being made to measure.
