Order process

Order placed — your WhatsApp number is verified, the deposit received, and your piece goes into the making.

Balance requested — your piece is finished. We message you the balance and how to pay it, and you have 14 days.

Dispatched — a tracking number is sent to your WhatsApp.

Delivered — signature required. Any balance you chose to pay in cash is collected here.
