Who we are

Barakah Abaya is a modest-fashion label based in Karachi, Pakistan, selling online at barakahabaya.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, and how we use it.

What we collect

To process an order we collect your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address, and (optionally) your email. If you choose Cash on Delivery, we send a one-time verification code to your WhatsApp to confirm the order.

We also keep a record of your orders and of any messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.

How we use your information

We use your details only to process, verify, deliver, and support your orders, including sending order updates over WhatsApp, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum information necessary with the partners that fulfil your order: our delivery courier, our payment provider (for card payments), and the WhatsApp Business platform (for order messages). These partners process your data only to provide their service.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing hello@barakahabaya.com. You can opt out of non-essential messages whenever you like.
