Custom Sizing at Barakah: What to Expect
Ready-to-wear is a compromise: it fits the average and asks everyone else to adjust. Custom sizing flips that. It begins with you, and the garment is built to follow.
The process starts with three measurements (height, shoulder, and preferred length) which you can take at home in a few minutes with our illustrated guide. Send them over on WhatsApp and our team confirms the details before anything is cut.
From there, your abaya moves through the same Karachi atelier as every Barakah piece: cut to your numbers, finished by hand, and checked against our standard twenty-wash durability test. Typical made-to-order lead time is ten to fourteen days.
When it arrives, it should feel like it was always yours, because, in the only way that matters, it was. That is the whole point of custom: not more choice for its own sake, but a garment that meets you exactly where you are.
